The XVIII Gardeners’ Days – An International Exposition is a specialist exhibition aiming at promotion and consultation for gardeners growing vegetables and decorative plants (both field and covered growing), berry fruit planters, fruit growers, nurserymen, gardening resupply points, and advisors.
This is the greatest inland specialist exhibition for gardeners – producers.
The Gardeners’ Days are held in Gołuchów at Sylvan Culture Center (Ośrodek Kultury Leśnej) in direct neighborhood of Czartoryski’s Castle – 17km from Kalisz. This year’s edition is planned to take place on 10th and 11th September 2016.
The event does not involve any sales.
I year 2015 over 200 leading companies were presenting the newest technologies and means of production for gardeners such as: seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, growth stimulators, tractors and modern gardening machines, cold stores and storages’ equipment, breeding grounds, watering and lighting systems, sorting and packing devices, measures and gauges, greenhouse automatics, constructions, screens, glass, foils, warmth control systems, non-woven fabrics, and many more. Offers of berry plants, fruit trees, and covered decorative plants cuttings-producing companies were presented as well.
The exposition was visited by over 10000 people related to gardening from country and abroad (Czech Republic, Estonia, The Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Hungary and others).
As every year, during the XVIII Gardeners' Days, scientists and experts from Gardening Institute from Skierniewice and Poznań University of Life Sciences will be available for free direct consultations at their consultation points. Offices like Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, ARiMR, ARR, KRUS, PIORIN, IOR-PIB, WODR, and others will have their information points as well.
There will be an opportunity to purchase the newest publications offered by professional publishers like HORTPRESS, PLANTPRESS and Polskie Wydawnictwo Rolnicze.
The number of exhibitors as well as the size of the exposition increases anually.
